[Amministratore]

Il portale OctandreProject è dedicato allo studio, alla ricerca, all'informazione sulle musiche di oggi senza preclusioni stilistiche e il materiale acquisito e prodotto è rigorosamente a disposizione gratuita degli operatori che ne vorranno usufruire sia per lo studio che per motivi professionali. Questa scelta - onerosa per l'amministratore - è stata fatta con l'intenzione di incentivare la diffusione massima e libera delle opere della creatività, naturalmente rispettando le leggi vigenti che regolano la proprietà dell'opera dell'ingegno e il diritto d'autore.

Non ci è parso opportuno dare spazio alle musiche da intrattenimento perché lo studio è il nostro riferimento primario, ma tutte quelle espressioni che provengono anche da questi ambienti e che possono essere utili a chi sta approfondendo la conoscenza delle musiche d'oggi potranno avere spazio nel portale.
In questa prima fase di inserimento dei dati ci siamo attenuti ad alcune regole fondamentali che possono essere mutate nel tempo col contributo di chi utilizzerà il portale.

1. In primo luogo abbiamo dato ad OctandreProject l'impostazione del Forum per incentivare il confronto sui soggetti trattati nelle varie aree (Green, Red, Blu).

2. I materiali e le informazioni inserite possono essere immessi dall'amministratore (in relazione a specifici problemi che di volta in volta si evidenzieranno e potranno/dovranno essere affrontati) e direttamente dai soggetti stessi che potranno intervenire liberamente nel Forum e anche chiedere il libero accesso ai materiali personali (biografie, cataloghi, poetiche ecc). Oltre all'amministratore e ai soggetti potrà partecipare al Forum anche un pubblico generico a vario titolo interessato.

3. Ogni Forum ha la forma della scheda di lavoro e riporta notizie di vario tipo sui soggetti, notizie naturalmente consone all'attività artistica, non privata, e che risultano utili a definire le caratteristiche e le poetiche del soggetto interessato. Anche questo materiale può essere gestito direttamente dai soggetti interessati che ne faranno richiesta all'amministratore (vedi home page di OctandreProject), pur rimanendo vivo lo spirito del portale che è quello del dialogo anche critico e della dialettica sui temi dello studio, dell'interpretazione tra i soggetti, l'amministratore, il pubblico.

4. La provenienza del materiale inserito viene da ricerche dell'amministratore, dei soggetti e dalla vita del Forum. Wikipedia è risultato utile come riferimento, ma il portale non ha una finalità enciclopedica perciò molto spesso le notizie sono arricchite da link che rimandano ai siti originali degli autori, ma anche a commenti, integrazioni dell'amministratore o di altri soggetti interessati ad affrontare uno specifico argomento e ciò in totale libertà di pensiero.

5. Questo materiale che proviene da una ricerca ampia con un sistema di work in progress è acquisito a livello internazionale e si rivolge ad una platea internazionale non limitato a singole località. Tutto il materiale fa riferimento a quanto può essere liberamente accessibile tramite la rete, nel rispetto dei copyright in genere tramite l'uso di link che rimandano ai siti personali elaborati dai soggetti coinvolti direttamente o indirettamente nello studio e nell'attività del Forum.

Obiettivo infine di OctandreProject è quello di realizzare negli spazi di MusicaAttuale (che ospita OctandreProject come luogo di studio), specifiche produttività che si concretizzeranno in laboratori, programmazioni, palinsesti tramite webRadio e webTV.
Per fare ciò OctandreProject ha già concretizzato (2013) una collaborazione col Conservatorio GB Martini di Bologna per la realizzazione di un laboratorio di formazione e programmazione che vede l'allestimento di una speciale Aula di percussioni che raccoglie il ricco strumentario del Conservatorio, di Agenda e di altri collaboratori: circa 800 strumenti a percussione di tutto il mondo.
La prossima realizzazione di OMA-OfficinaMusicAttuale (rete internazionale di festival) permetterà di proiettare il laboratorio in organiche programmazioni che vedranno i festival interagire tra loro non solo nell'attività locale, ma in produttività che li accomuna in una programmazione internazionale. L'uso dello strumentario acustico percussivo, la possibilità di combinare repertori di ensemble strumentali diversi con percussione e soprattutto la sperimentazione elettronica legata all'interpretazione umana che lo strumento acustico richiede, sono alcuni degli obiettivi primari.
Agenda - che è l'amministratore dei due portali: Musicattuale e OctandreProject - ha predisposto uno spazio apposito per la registrazione e la realizzazione di palinsesti che vedranno il contributo primario dei soggetti che parteciperanno ai forum del portale OctandreProject. Il materiale prodotto in tutta l'attività sarà rigorosamente registrato e andrà a far parte del già ricco archivio del Centro Studi Octandre e sarà a disposizione pubblica.

A forum for study

The portal OctandreProject is dedicated to the study, the research, the information about today's music without stylistic foreclosures and the material content in the portal is available free for any who may want to make use of it bothfor study and for professional reasons. This choice - expensive for the administrator - was made with the intention of encouraging the maximum diffusion of works of creativity, respecting the laws that govern copyright.

It seemed inappropriate to give space to entertainment's music because study is our primary reference, but also all those expressions that come from these environments and that can be helpful to those who are deepening their knowledge of today's music will have space in the portal.
In this primary stage of data entry, we followed some basic rules that can be changed over time with the contribution of those who use the portal.

1. First it's been given to OctandreProject the Forum's setting in order to stimulate comparison between the subjects treated in the various areas (Green, Red, Blue).

2. The materials and the entered data may be insert by the administrator (in relation to specific issues that from time to time will be highlighted and resolved and directly by the subjects themselves who will be able to intervene freely in the forum and get free access to personal materials (biographies, catalogues, poetry, etc.). Also anyone who may be interested will be able to participate in the forum.

3. Each Forum has the shape of a "worksheet" and reports news of various kinds about the artistic activity of the subjects that are useful to define the characteristics and poetics of the person concerned. Also this material can be managed directly from stakeholders who request the administrator (see home page OctandreProject), leaving alive the spirit of the portal, which is based on dialogue, also critical, and on dialectic on the themes of the study, interpretation between subjects, the administrator and the public.

4. The origin of the material inserted is from the administrator's research, from the subjects themselves and from the “life” of the Forum. Wikipedia was an useful reference, but the portal does not have encyclopaedic purposes, therefore, very often, the news is enriched with links that look to the original authors' websites, but also with comments, administrator's additions or from other stakeholders interested to deal with a specific topic in total freedom of thought.

5. This material, which comes from extensive research organised in a "work in progress" system, is acquired at an international level and is aimed at an international audience not limited to individual locations. All material refers to how much can be freely accessed through the network, in accordance with copyright, typically through the use of links that lead to personal subjects' websites directly or indirectly involved in the study and activity of the Forum.

Lastly, OctandreProject's goal is to provide specific productivities that will materialize in laboratories, programmings, schedules via webRadio and webTV in the spaces of MusicaAttuale (which host OctandreProject as a place of study.
To do this OctandreProject has already materialized a collaboration with the University agli studi-Conservatorio GB Martini of Bologna for the realization of a workshop of training and programming which sees the establishment of a special percussion instruments' classroom. That classroom will collect Conservatorio's, Agenda's and other employees' instruments: about 800 percussion instruments from around the world.
The realization of OMA-OfficinaMusicAttuale (international network of festivals) will project the laboratory in programs in order to make the festivals interact with each other not only in local activities, but in an international program. The use of acoustic percussion instruments, the possibility of combining different repertoires of instrumental ensemble with percussion and especially the electronic experimentation associated with the interpretation that the human acoustic instrument requires, are some of the primary goals.
Agenda – which is the administrator of the two portals: MusicAttuale and OctandreProject - has set up a special space for record and has created schedules that will see the primary contribution of those who will participate in the portal of the forum OctandreProject. The materials produced in all the activities will be recorded and will be part of the rich archives of the Centre for Studies Octandre where it will be available to the public.
